Further to a discussion held between India's External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar and Sri Lanka's Foreign Minister Ali Sabry, the External Affairs Minister reiterated India's commitment to economic recovery and well being of Sri Lanka.
The meeting was held today (04) on the sidelines of the ASEAN Regional Forum.
"Meeting of close and friendly neighbours! EAM Dr S Jaishankar held his first meeting with Hon'ble FM Ali Sabry on the sidelines of ASEAN Regional Forum. Guided by the 'Neighbourhood First' policy , EAM reiterated that India is committed to the economic recovery and well being of Sri Lanka," the tweet mentioned.
