India’s High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Gopal Baglay who was to meet Tamil Party Leaders this evening (11) at India House has reportedly cancelled the meeting at the last hour and left for New Delhi.
TNA Leader R. Sampanthan and seven other Party Leaders assembled in Colombo to meet and handover their letter prepared for Prime Minister Modi.
However, they had been informed that Baglay would meet them after his return from Delhi next week.
