The isolation status of several areas in Gampaha and Wellawatte was lifted at 6 pm today, Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said.
In Wellawatte, the isolation of Nazeerwatte has been lifted.
Meanwhile, the isolation of Galoluwa-West and Galoluwa-East in Minuwangoda was also lifted.
Thihariya-North and the entry roads to Hidra Mawatha, Wala Warana Temple Road and Kaththota Road in Thihariya-East in Nittambuwa had also been released from isolation.
