The Department of Government Information has stated that the isolation order has been lifted in several more areas in Batticaloa and Matale at 9 am today.
Accordingly, the Grama Niladhari Divisions of Kanthankudi 162 A6, 162B Kanthankudi West, 164 Kanthankudi 4, 164B Kanthankudi 5, 164A Kanthankudi 5, 164C Kanthankudi 4, 167 Kanthankudi 1, 167C Kanthankudi South, 167D Kanthankudi West and 167E Kanthankudi Central were lifted from isolation.
Further, isolation in Isman Mawatha and Meedeniya were also lifted in Matale.
