Kawsitha Kodithuwakku’s century steered Mahinda College, Galle to their third win in the first round of the Under-19 Inter-school Limited-over cricket tournament on Friday (2). Mahinda beat Moratu Vidyalaya by 183 runs at Mahinda College grounds. Kodithuwakku, the right-handed opener, scored 124 runs in 127 balls with 16 boundaries and three sixes. He shared 143 runs for the third wicket with Sandew Induwara (96). Meanwhile, Dharmaraja College, Kandy beat St. Aloysius’ College, Galle by four wickets at Lake View, Kandy also on Friday.
