The New Zealand cricket team are to arrive in Sri Lanka Friday, 2 August to take part in a cricket series involving two Test matches and three T20 Internationals.
This will be Kiwis’ first international outing after their recent World Cup campaign where they finished a very close runner-up to England, the eventual champions who won the final by a thin margin, after a tied final match and then also a tied tie-breaker of Super Over at Lord’s, London on 14 July.
Kane Williamson’s side won many hearts for the way they behaved in defeat, despite how close and tensed the match was.
They were to arrive here at 11.35 p.m. via flight SQ468.
