Sri Lankan Cricketer Kusal Mendis who was arrested yesterday (5) over the fatal accident in Panadura has been granted bail by the Panadura Magistrate’s Court today.
Mendis is said to have been released on two personal bails of Rs. 1 million. The Court has also temporarily suspended his driving licence.
The 25-year-old cricketer was arrested after his SUV had accidentally knocked down and killed a 64-year-old man in Horethuduwa, Panadura.
