Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) politburo member K.D. Lalkantha has been arrested over a road accident. The Police said that he was arrested in Anuradhapura following the accident. The Police also said that K.D. Lalkantha was under the influence of liquor at the time of the accident.
