The latest ship that arrived in Colombo with LP gas for Litro does not comply with required level of Ethyl mercaptan and may be rejected, sources reveal.
The final decision will be taken by the Technical Committee today (14).
Earlier, State Minister of Consumer Protection Lasantha Alagiyawanna announced that LP gas that does not meet the required level of Ethyl mercaptan will not be released into the market.
