Lanka Credit and Business Finance Ltd., (LCB Finance) announced that it will be listing its shares on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
LCB Finance CEO/Executive Director K.G. Leelananda stated via press release that stakeholders could see better returns with the listing of LCB Finance’s shares on the share market. “LCB Finance was formed in the southern region in 2016, and we also want to give out a message that listing of the shares is the way forward.”
LCB Finance added that this process of getting listed on the CSE is part of its efforts to comply with the requirements of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), and it is accordingly planning to host prospective investors at a business forum on 13 February 2021 from 6.00 p.m. onwards at Jetwing Lighthouse, Galle.
Minister of Plantations Dr. Ramesh Pathirana, State Minister of Production and Supply of Fertiliser and Regulation of Chemical Fertiliser Mohan Priyadarshana De Silva, Galle Municipal Council Mayor Priyantha G. Sahabandu, and NDB Investment Bank Head of Corporate Advisory Nilendra Weerasinghe, are expected to grace this occasion.
