With the first four weeks of the National Fuel Pass QR system having been completed, Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera revealed the consumption pattern for the said period yesterday (28).
He noted over a Twitter post that over 720,000 transactions have taken place daily on average over the five days leading up to 26 August, compared to only 610,000-660,000 transactions per day on average over the three preceding weeks.
The transaction records for 27 and 28 August were yet to be completed, and usage data is thus yet to be updated accordingly.
