The Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania Julius Pranevičius presented his letters of credence to President Maithripala Sirisena recently.
After the ceremony, the President and Ambassador discussed the ways of further strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Sri Lanka said in a statement.
After the credentials presentation, the Ambassador made his first official visit to the Kochchikade St. Anthony’s Shrine for blessings.
