Minister of Roads & Highways, Ports and Shipping Johnston Fernando has instructed Maga Neguma officials to deploy machinery for projects implemented by Road Development Authority.
Accordingly, rented construction machinery of the RDA will be replaced with machinery, excavators, graders and other road construction equipment owned by Maga Neguma.
According to Fernando the decision will open up a profit making avenue for Maga Neguma.
Fernando made these remarks recently during a discussion held with Maga Neguma officials following the inspection done on the site.
