The expert committee appointed to review the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement handed over its final report to Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa today (24).
A four member committee was appointed on 1 January 2020 to study the proposed US MCC Compact. The Committee was appointed following a Cabinet decision taken on 18 December 2019. The Committee headed by Dr. Lalithasiri Gunaruwan includes former Transport Ministry Secretary D.S.
