A minor technical issue has been reported at the Sapugaskanda oil refinery and Ceylon Petroleum Corporation technical staff are working to fix the issue, says Minister of Energy Kanchana Wijesekera.
He made this statement via a twitter post today (30).
"A minor technical issue has been reported at the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery. CPC technical staff working to fix the issue to restart the refinery which has been non operational for the last 3 months," the tweet mentioned.
