A total of 479 Sri Lankans were repatriated from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Pakistan and Germany today, stated the National Operation Center for the Prevention of Covid-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).
A total of 290 were repatriated from UAE on the flight UL 208, while 81 were repatriated from Qatar, 100 from Saudi Arabia, 06 from Pakistan and 02 from Turkey.
They were immediately taken to the quarantine centers administrated by the Triforces. Currently, there are 73 islandwide quarantine centers under the Triforces, with 5,961 patients being treated.
