Colombo High Court has summoned former Minister Rajitha Senarathna to appear before court on 17 January.
The court has also issued notice to former SPC Chairman Rumy Mohomad and the two individuals, who had attended Senarathna’s “white van” press briefing.
The revision application filed by the Attorney General against the order of the Chief Magistrate granting bail to Senarathna will be supported before court on the same date.
