The Ceylon Electricity Board Engineers’ Union says that one hour power cuts will occur today (24) from 5.30PM.
The Union has stated that this is due to manual load shedding as the Sapugaskanda power plants are unavailable
Power will be cut off according to the below schedule:
Group A : from 17:30hrs to 18:30hrs
Group B : from 18:30hrs to 19:30hrs
Group C : from 19:30hrs to 20:30hrs
Group D: from 20:30hrs to 21:30hrs
