Last week, 11 inmates from the Senapura Rehab Centre tested positive for the virus
A total of 7 Covid-19 cases were detected yesterday, out of which 5 were identified from the Kandakadu cluster. Four patients are residents of Homagama while one is from Lankapura.
A returnee from Philippines had also tested positive for the virus.
Accordingly, with the new cases the total number of coronavirus-positive cases reported from Sri Lanka has risen to 2,704.
