Over 12,000 Sri Lankan workers have been repatriated so far , Industrial Exports, Investment Promotion, Tourism and Aviation Minister Prasanna Ranatunga said today.
He said yesterday alone 5 flights arrived in the country carrying 450 Sri Lankan workers.
He said 255 Sri Lankans from Maldives and 50 Sri Lankans from Australia were repatriated today.
According to Ranatunga the government plans to complete the repatriation process before the end of July.
