A total of 226 Navy personnel have been infected with COVID-19 so far, Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva said today.
The infected Navy officers include 147 from within the Navy Camp in Welisara and 79 who were on leave.
Confirmed novel coronavirus cases in the country stands at 622.
