People's Action for Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL) has received 273 complaints island-wide, since October 27.
Issuing a statement, the polls monitoring body noted that among the complaints were 12 violence-related incidents, 102 instances of violation of state power and misuse of state resources, and 152 other offences.
Amoung 'other offences' were 75 complaints related to carrying out Illegal election propaganda and 22 complaints with regard to giving incentives with political motives.
'Violence-related incidents' included 10 complaints with regard to Assaults and 3 complaints regarding attacks on political party/ candidate offices.
45 complaints were received with regard to appointments, transfers & promotions of State Officials targeting the Election under 'misuse of state power and resources' category.
