Pakistan beat SA in first Test by seven wickets

He was adjudged the Player of the Match[/caption] Pakistan won their first Test against South Africa (SA) on Friday (29) by seven wickets in Karachi. After bowling out the Proteas for 245 in their second innings on Friday, the home team were set a target of 88 runs to win on the fourth day yesterday. They reached 90/3 and won the Test to take a 1-0 lead in the two-match series. Fawad Alam who made a century in the Pakistan first innings was adjudged the Player of the Match.
