Meanwhile, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena presented the opinion of the Supreme Court regarding the bill in Parliament yesterday (18).
Accordingly, a special Cabinet meeting was held yesterday afternoon where the relevant Act was amended and approved by the Cabinet.
