The Cabinet of Ministers has given the approval to direct the Presidential Commission of Inquiry(PcoI) to submit reports on SriLankan Airlines, SriLankan Catering and Mihin Lanka to the Attorney General(AG).
The AG will subsequently take necessary legal action on the three state entities.
A proposal was submitted to the cabinet yesterday (27) by President Maithripala Sirisena.
The PcoI which investigated into the irregularities of these state bodies had submitted its report to the President in July.
