Ruwan Wijayamuni, the Chief Medical Officer of the Colombo Municipal Council, said that the people over the age of 60 in the Colombo District should be given priority for the COVID vaccine.
He said this while speaking to the media yesterday (17).
Meanwhile, with the identification of 338 new infections yesterday, the total number of COVID infections reported in the country has risen to 88,862.
