The petition against the Court of Appeal's decision was filed today(13) by two social activists Gamini Viyangoda and Prof. Chandraguptha Thenuwara.
On 4 Oct, the Appeal Court dismissed Thenuwara and Viyangoda's petition against the former Defense Secretary's Sri Lankan Citizenship.
