This week, all 19 petitions filed against the 20th Amendment to the Constitution will be heard in court, MP G. L. Peiris told the Morning today (28).
“All disputes and suggestions for further amendment of 20A will be done within this week. However, for us to send the final draft of the amendment to the legal draftsman, it is expected to take up to 4 weeks,” he stated.
