The police have arrested 13 suspects who are allegedly connected to the eight explosions that rocked the heart of Sri Lanka today (21). Of those individuals arrested, 10 persons were handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department on a Presidential directive for further questioning, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara stated.
