It has been reported that from six in the morning, yesterday (12) to six in the morning today (13), an islandwide police operation had arrested 289 drivers for drunk driving. During that same period, another 9,604 motorists have been filed against various traffic offences. The Police urge the public to be safe and drive responsibly during this festive season.
