The police have introduced a telephone number to provide information on minors who are employed as servants.
Accordingly, information regarding such children in Colombo and surrounding areas can be obtained by calling 0112 433 433, said Police Media Spokesman, Senior DIG Ajith Rohana.
Meanwhile, police security was deployed at the Dayagama Estate Public Cemetery yesterday (27) where the body of the girl who burned to death at the residence of MP Rishad Bathiudeen was buried.
The body will be exhumed at a later date.
