Police Spokesman SP Jaliya Senaratne today said the police had unearthed links between a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) and the Easter Sunday Attacks.
He said bank statements and other financial documents of the NGO in question were currently being analysed by the investigation teams.
"We are currently checking whether the investments into this NGO and revenue generated from the entity are legal and whether the finance is derived through money laundering activities."
Senaratne further noted that no under aged suspects were taken into custody in connection to the Easter Bombings.
According to him, there are 12 CID teams working on investigation activities related to the Easter Sunday Attacks.
