Specialist Dr. Hemantha Herath speaking at a media briefing this morning (14) stated that the possibility of inoculating people with Covid-19 vaccines from different manufacturers with regard to the first and second dose is still being studied.
He pointed out that studies are being carried out on mixing two doses of the vaccine.
"There are studies around the world on the two dosages of vaccines, and the data obtained from them are being studied by the Drug Regulatory Authority and the Epidemiology Advisory Committee to make a full conclusion," he said.
