President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has accepted the resignation tendered by State Minister for Prisons Management Lohan Ratwatte, the President’s Media Division (PMD) stated.
Ratwatte has also acknowledged responsibility for incidents involving him at the Welikada and Anuradhapura Prisons complex.
