President Maithripala Sirisena has summoned an emergency Cabinet meeting tomorrow (13) afternoon, The Morning learns.
The Cabinet of Ministers held the weekly cabinet meeting yesterday where decisions were made on the issues that were scheduled to be taken up for the week.
However, the President has today summoned Cabinet ministers for an emergency meeting tomorrow.
Many Cabinet ministers including Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Ministers Malik Samarawickrema, Duminda Dissanayake, Gayantha Karunathileka, Rauf Hakeem, Nimal Siripala De Silva and Sagala Rathnayake are currently overseas on official tours.
