President Maithripala Sirisena visited Batticaloa which was hit by the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
The President also visited the Zion Church in Batticaloa which was attacked by a suicide bomber on Easter Sunday, killing several people.
While in the East, the President also inspected the house in Kalmunai where a suicide bomber linked to the Easter Sunday attacks, had triggered a bomb killing himself and several others.
