Prof. M.M.M. Najim was appointed as the Vice Chancellor of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka (SEUSL) today.
This appointment was made by President Maithripala Sirisena on the recommendation of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Around 12 people contested for the vice chancellor post and Prof. Najim got the highest votes in the election. This is his second term in office. (RA)
