A program to vaccinate students who are going abroad for higher education is scheduled to commence from today (02).
Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said that the Sinopharm vaccine will be given to students who are going abroad to countries where completion of vaccination is a must.
The Army Commander said that students who require vaccination will need to register fully and can do so from today.
Accordingly, registration can be done by visiting the website of the National Operations Center for the Prevention of Covid-19 Outbreak at www.army.lk/covid19.
Army Commander General Shavendra Silva further stated that the date, time and place of vaccination will be given to the applicant within two days of registration.
