Two government websites have come under a cyber attack this morning.
Accordingly, the official websites of the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils & Local Government and the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau (SLFEB) have been compromised, the SLAF Cyber Security Centre said.
Earlier this month, Several Sri Lankan websites including at least two government websites were hacked by an internationally based organisation, targeting the National War Heroes Day.
A total of 5 websites were compromised, according to the Cyber Security Engineer at Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team (SLCERT).
