Tamil MP and Minister Mano Ganesan, which is part of a cross-party delegation currently on a visit to India, told The Morning that India was reminded the 13th Amendment to the Constitution was the "baby" of the Indo-Lanka accord. He said that the Tamil MPs had urged India, as a friendly country, to push for the political solution. The delegation met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as the Indian President and Foreign Minister yesterday.
