Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today assured Tamils in Jaffna that all their concerns will be addressed.
Wickremesinghe said that the Tamils in the North supported moves in 2015 to establish democracy in the country.
He said that the rights of the Tamils must be protected like the rights of others are protected in other parts of the country.
