The President Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) probing the Easter Sunday attacks has re-summoned former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe before the Commission on the 31st of this month.
The PCoI earlier summoned Wickremesinghe to appear before the Commission today (21).
However, Wickremesinghe had informed the Commission of his inability to appear before it today and requested to be assigned another date.
Accordingly, the PCoI has informed Wickremesinghe to appear before the Commission to give evidence on the 31st.
Former Law and Order Minister Sagala Ratnayake arrived at the Commission to testify this morning.
