Imprisoned Samagi Jana Balawegaya MP Ranjan Ramanayake has been banned from having any visitors for two weeks after he admitted to the charges of posing for a selfie with MP Harshana Rajakaruna, Prisons Spokesman Chandana Ekanayake said today.
He said Ramanayake was produced before a Disciplinary Committee under the 72nd clause of the Prisons Ordinance.
"The MP accepted the charges and accordingly, the Prisons Commissioner banned him from having any visitors for two weeks," he said.
