Russia discusses improving training modules offered to SL military personnel

Russian and Sri Lankan military leaders have discussed the possibility of further improving training modules for Sri Lankan military personnel in Russia,  the Army said yesterday. This was discussed when Colonel Denis I. Shkoda, Military, Air and Naval Attaché at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on General Shavendra Silva yesterday (08). The discussions have focused on logistics and different exchange programmes that prevail between both military organizations. The possibilities for further improvement with new facets of training modules for Sri Lankan tri servicemen have been highlighted in addition to what has already been granted by the Russian Federation Army.
