Central Province Governor Lalith U Gamage said today that 45 schools within Kandy municipality areas would remain closed for another week. He announced this at the District COVID-19 Prevention Committee meeting held at the Governor's office. He said a decision on reopening of schools will be taken after evaluating the covid-19 situation in Kandy District.
