Police Media Spokesman, DIG Ajith Rohana stated that 7 deaths due to road accidents were reported yesterday (26) as well.
Five of these deaths happened due to accidents which took place yesterday, while two of these victims died after succumbing to their injuries from accidents which took place earlier.
Four of the deaths yesterday were on motorcycles, said DIG Ajith Rohana.
