The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MPs have decided to refrain from voting for the interim budget in Parliament today (02).
This announcement was made by the SJB General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara.
The Interim Budget was presented to Parliament on the 31st of August by Finance Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, and has been in debate the last 2 days. A vote for or against the budget is to be held in parliament today.
