Officials of Sri Lanka Cricket will appear before the Committee On Public Enterprises (COPE) today to provide statements on alleged financial misappropriations.
The COPE will investigate allegations levelled against SL cricket officials on transferring money to foreign accounts, maintaining 15 Cricket Aid accounts and irregularities in former Head Coach of SL Cricket team Chandika Hathurusinghe's agreement.
COPE will also investigate an investment of Rs. 50 million by SLC on a forest land belonging to a temple which SLC claims to be for the University of Cricket.
However according to news reports SLC officials have been mulling to send other employees of SLC for the COPE session today.
