The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) will refrain from voting to elect a new President a the Parliamentary elections as it will not ensure support to an individual, says SLFP leader Maithripala Sirisena.
He made this announcement today (16), and further noted that it was better to discuss and unanimously elect a person for Presidency.
