The agreement will be signed at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute.
The CWC led by Parliamentarian Arumugam Thondaman last week pledged its support to SLPP presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the forthcoming presidential poll.
UPFA General Secretary Mahinda Amaraweera at a press briefing said the CWC will work toward ensuring the votes of the estate community.
